Wine inspired culinary adventures in Villány, in the neighbourhood of the “Gere Pincészet” (Gere Winery.) At the rustically elegant “Mandula” (Almond), the food is not paired with wine, but the other way round: the dishes are designed to go with the wine offer. The ingredients are sourced from local producers and the restaurant's own free-range farm. Although the menu includes mainly Hungarian and Swabian dishes, there are also international and fusion creations, as well as light vegetarian delicacies. A full tasting menu with Gere wines promises a substantial gourmet experience.
