Ottó Légli is a prominent figure in the Balatonboglár wine region, where he has been producing wine for over three decades, farming on 33 acres. The vineyards are located on the border of the villages of Balatonboglár, Gyugy and Szőlősgyörök: the vines, grown on protected warm hillsides, produce ripe, juicy, harmonious, mostly light, fruity whitewines. The notorious gourmand vintner’s passion for fish is clear in the thematic programmes throughout the year, which include the obligatory "Ottó's Balaton fish soup", and cellar and vineyard tours.
