Laposa Borbirtok

The 30-hectare Laposa Estate is a real wine empire at the top of Badacsony. The Laposa siblings, Bence, Lilla and Zsófi, each doing their part in the family business, each in their own area of expertise, agree on the importance of community building, sustainable development and creating values. Every year, 500 000 bottles of wine are produced from mainly local grape varieties, which can be tasted not only at the “Hableány” (Mermaid) located at the estate, but also at the family-run “Frissterasz” (Fresh Teracce), “Szőlőhegy Bistró” (Wine Hill Bistro) and “Borterasz” (Wine Terrace), even during guided wine tastings. All four places use local ingredients, and the flavour combinations offered by the modern bistro kitchen are limited only by imagination.
