Organic wines surrounded by birdsong. Fruzsina Skrabski, the daughter of the renowned psychologist-sociologist couple, Dr. Mária Kopp and Árpád Skrabski took over the former thatched cellar of her parents. The winemaker is Réka Szántai. The barrels are typically used to age Olaszrizling, Furmint, Riesling de Rhin and Pinot Noir. You can also buy the wines at the wine shop next to the church in Balatonudvari. This is particularly good news for cyclists, as the vinotheque is close to the main road, so you don’t have to climb the steep hillside to get to the fine wines.
