Jenő Rácz, the chef of the Michelin-starred Rumour in Budapest, presents his Balaton favourites at the Ypsilon Yacht Club in Alsóörs. Operating as a pop-up on the northern shore of Lake Balaton, Ypsilon By Jenő Rácz's kitchen serves up Hungarian and home-style dishes, with perennial Hungarian favourites such as Dobos cake, Hortobágy meat pancakes or beef goulash soup. Each dish has that little twist that is the chef's goal of promoting a more comfortable and everyday cuisine: "This is how I cook for my family at home, this is how I would cook for my guests at home."
