ABLAK a bablak

A vegan bistro in Veszprém, which is the realization of a childhood dream. Csilla and her brother, Tamás, have always wanted to have a small family business that not only brings them joy, but also provides others with wonderful gastronomic and/or social experiences. In the mornings, they prepare a menu consisting of two soups and two main courses, often using ingredients sourced from local producers. In addition, there is a wide selection of delicious baked goods and cakes, which are also made on site. The place is also great as a community space, with regular concerts, second-hand clothing exchanges, workshops, and discussions. The building itself is also very exciting, with its winding spaces that were once home to master barber Károly Francsics in the 19th century. Step boldly through the door of this more than 100-year-old house and taste the delights of vegan cuisine!
