Hirschmann Ice Cream Parlour has been operating since 1965, driven by the dedication of the already 4th generation. Some of the hand-crafted, cooked ice creams are still made to this day according to great-grandfather’s traditional recipes. Another interesting feature of the interior is the original steel jar counter from the 1960’s and other old tools and equipment, while on the terrace, under the cozy grape vine, colorful iron chairs and tables evoke the era. Of the 80 or so different flavours of ice cream, the elderflower, grillage and fruit rice are among the most popular, according to customer feedback.
