If you are on an adventure in Neszmély, one of the country's most characteristic but least explored wine regions, then the Szöllősi Winery is an unavoidable stop. The historic cellar of the family business was built by count Miklós Zichy in 1830, which in its current form is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful underground wine storages in Hungary. In the wine museum located in the cellar, cozy tasting ceremonies are also held, the long-term goal of which is to regain the world fame of Neszmély wines and to promote cultured wine consumption.
