Organic goat cheese squared. On the farm in Sóskút, the goats graze on land that has not been sprayed or fertilized for 25 years. Fresh goat cheese is made from their milk: in addition to the natural version, the range also includes cheese flavored with sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, olives, cranberries, and green herbs. If you want to get a glimpse of how animals are kept and milked, you can do so on the farm. After registering, kindergarten and school groups, as well as families and adults, are welcome to visit the site for a little education.
