Wine naturally, from the Mátra, from seven acres, from six vineyards. István Csernyik is a fifth generation vintner who runs the winery in Gyöngyöstarján together with his parents and his wife. Their wines – be they varietal or blended – mirror the characteristics of the region. If you register in advance, you can visit them and can also take a look at their more than 100-year-old cellar.
