Bivaly Bistro (Bivstro)

It's hard to say no to chef Viktor Lukács' casual and seasonal dishes, but luckily you don't have to at this restaurant in Veszprém. The menu is full of Hungarian and international flavours and includes salads, meat and fish dishes, as well as street food. Of the latter, it is almost impossible to resist the siren song of the buffalo burger. The buffalo meat and cheeses are provided by a small farm in Ivánc. A weekday menu is also available, with a children's menu for the little ones.
