The butchers products are made exclusively according to a traditional recipe, without additives and water-binding substances. Preservation is achieved by salting and smoking, and maturation takes place in the open air. The range includes sausages, bacon, liver pate and brawn, but there are also fresh, quality meats, and in the summer season you can get everything you need for a barbecue.
