A complete retro experience, in Balatonszemes, where fish is prepared with decades of expertise. In addition to the popular trio of zander, bream and hake, the menu also includes fried ribs and roasted sausages, and the classic pickles are complemented by a mayonnaise potato and green salad. Service requires the most time in the middle of the summer rush. Nevertheless, vintner Ottó Légli and chef Lajos Bíró are old regular guests here, and if they think it is worth being patient, that means something.
