Algyői Halászcsárda

Authentic Tisza fish dishes at the foot of the Tisza bridge in Algyő. The menu at this decades-old tavern is dominated by fish: catfish, sterlet, trout, carp and zander are also on the menu. Big favourites include carp paprikash with cottage cheese, fish soup from Szeged and fish paté, but of course there are also fish-free and vegetarian options. In good weather, the covered terrace is the place to indulge in culinary delights.
