Steelhead from a private pond in Dunabogdány. Whether grilled, deep-fried or smoked (which, according to owner Ferenc Klément, takes 45 minutes, but is worth it), the fish meat is light, fresh and juicy. You can order it with homemade pesto, but there is also a truffle version, and when it is in season, you can have it spiced up with ramsons. In addition to excellent fish, the menu includes soups, side dishes and desserts.
