In early December, the Széchenyi Museum Railway in Nagycenk sets out on a special journey. The Santa Claus Express is not just a narrow-gauge train ride, but a true Advent experience, where Santa Claus himself travels alongside the children on the festively decorated train. The winter atmosphere of the historic railroad and the festive decorations make the journey special from the moment it begins. As part of the program, children can look forward to meeting Santa Claus, receiving gift packages, festive surprises, and family activities as the little train travels along the picturesque route. Year after year, the Santa Claus Express is one of the region’s most popular Advent family events, where the journey itself is part of the experience.
