A dog boarding house provides temporary accommodation for dogs when their owners are unable to take care of them for various reasons, be it vacation, business trip or any other absence. Dog boarding houses also provide a great opportunity for our dog to meet and play with other dogs. Boarding houses usually organize joint games, outdoor runs and other active activities, where dogs can naturally make friends with each other.
“The dogs spend their time here according to their own rhythm, organized in packs. Our pack leader is Bajkál, our kind and wise, 12-year-old German shepherd dog, he is actually the real boss here. (Okay, I exaggerated, because we also have a cat, Minyon, he is the main boss.) We believe that a dog feels safe when it has its specific position in the pack. Creativity just comes from them! Friendships and dislikes also develop, but the most characteristic is playing and making friends,"
says Zoltán about the dynamics that develop in the dog boarding house.

Various entertainment and learning programmes, as well as expert care, all contribute to our dog's well-being. Adventure with our pets
If we cannot go without the time spent with our dog, we do not have to worry either, as dog-friendly accommodations are becoming more and more popular in our country as well. These accommodations are specially designed to provide a pleasant and comfortable rest both for owners and for dogs. Many hotels and guesthouses offer dog-friendly services, where the four-legged guests have separate dog beds, toys and feeding bowls in the rooms. Dogs are often treated with welcome packages, which may include reward snacks and other things useful during the trip. Such accommodations often have a closed yard where dogs can play safely.
The Abbázia Country Club in the Őrség, which won the Dog-Friendly Place of the Year award for several years in a row, welcomes its guests for the first time in Hungary with its own dog beach, where dogs can relax together with their owners on the waterside. In the spacious apartments, dogs are provided with a dog towel, a feeding and drinking bowl, as well as small gifts. On request, dog plaid, dog toys, collars, leashes as well as water bottles and tick removal tweezers for excursions are also provided.
