Every square centimetre of the Kőszeg visitor centre established by the Őrségi National Park draws attention to environmentally conscious living and the love of nature. The arboretum belonging to the complex, supplemented with a nature store and a conference hall, features, in addition to plant communities, various protected bird species; there is also an aviary on site, where owls and birds of prey are treated. If we come with children, we must walk the tit experience trail, but the educational trail showing protected plants (e.g., broad-leaved bellflower) also promises an exciting and educational walk.
