Swapping marketing for jam – in a nutshell, this is the story of Zsuzsanna Land, who has been a passionate jam and syrup (szörp) maker since 2012. She does not use preservatives or artificial additives and is even more careful with sugar than usual. She works with exciting flavours, including turmeric and hawthorn blossom syrups, and many of her products are available in all-natural versions. You can buy from her on Sundays at the market in Káptalantóti, but she also sells her delicacies at retailers across the country.
