Pumpkin Festival

One of our favourite autumn ingredients, the pumpkin, gets a worthy celebration in Szabadegyháza. It comes in all forms at the festival, carved, baked in the oven, small and giant. Featured pumpkin activities will include a carved pumpkin beauty contest and a giant pumpkin growing tournament, but there will also be team competitions, craft activities, face painting, hair braiding and glitter tattoos, all aimed at children. Let’s celebrate this multi-faceted ingredient together at the Vásártér (‘Fairgrounds’) by the furnace!
