As the thermometer drops, our eyes light up at the thought of more substantial meals and richer dishes. Perhaps we are not alone.

That's why we've chosen a truly heartwarming and homely theme for our December wine dinner: we'll be tasting the red wines of the winery with pig slaughter inspired dishes.

 

Menu and wine tasting:

 

  • Welcome wine - Olaszrizling 2023
  • Homemade liver & cranberry horseradish, sourdough baguette & Chardonnay 2022
  • Marinated Hokkaido Mustard Salad Leaves & Tramini 2023
  • "Pig slaughter platter (bacon loin, roasted blood sausage, homemade sausage with sauerkraut, coriander apple, onion potatoes) & Hajnóczy 2023
  • Plum and chestnut roll & Cabernet Franc 2021

 

Entrance fee: HUF 17 700, including four-course dinner and five wines.
