Áron Molnár and his partner Karina Vissonova give you a taste of their passion for wine. And, of course, from their oak-aged wines, which include pinot noir, “Bazalt” cuvée and orange wine, among others, in addition to the white wines typical of the region. In their restaurant in Hegymagas, they serve vegetarian dishes from their own recipe collection. Most of the ingredients for the dishes, which are reminiscent of French, Indian and Japanese cuisine, are sourced from local producers, and the exotic ingredients are purchased on their travels abroad.
