On 15 February, at the III. “Mindmegeszi” Pig-feast sauerkraut with boiled pork and Slaughtermen’s Competition in Dunakeszi, the unadulterated atmosphere of village pig slaughtering will come alive again. At the event, more than 30 slaugthermen’s teams compete for the title of the best sausage and hog's pudding, while the participants are treated to mouth-watering pig-feast dishes. With your tasting ticket, you can immerse yourselves in the world of Hungarian pig-feast specialities: there will be hog's pudding, sausage, steak, pork bone bouillon, pig-feast sauerkraut with boiled pork and, of course, freshly sizzling cracklings. Gastronomic experiences are completed by selected music and family programmes.
