The Páskom 1802 Gastro-workshop is located in Lajoskomárom, 20 minutes' drive from Lake Balaton, on a beautiful row of cellars. In the exclusive guest area, tastefully designed in the cellar, you can enjoy snacks all year round on its covered terraces with grape arbours in good weather: you can taste light yet complex, refined yet homey, delicious dishes prepared properly but with a tiny twist. The plates feature authentic and quality ingredients mostly from local producers. In the cellar, which is more than 150 years old, it is easy to feel touched by the past, but the quality of the catering is very much of the present, even of the future.
