This is what the organisers of the Bubbling in Arács offer us on 2 August, on one of the most delicious summer evenings in Balatonfüred. In the courtyard of the Country House in Arács, champagnes will be the main characters, typically excellent items from local manufactories. While you sip the bubbly specialities, music plays in the background, and other cultural programmes can make the experience perfect.
