From 25 to 31 July, the Fishing Days and Wine Days event series will once again take place in Zánka, where Lake Balaton cuisine, wines and open-air concerts will take centre stage for a whole week. The event welcomes visitors to Sirály Park, next to the beach, where the proximity of Lake Balaton and the atmosphere of summer evenings provide the backdrop for the programme. At the festival, wineries from the Balaton Uplands will showcase their wines, whilst fish dishes, local specialities and artisan delicacies will also be available to sample. In the evenings, light music concerts, folk dance performances and cultural programmes take turns on the main stage, whilst families can enjoy children’s activities and a craft fair. The wine pavilions and food stalls remain open throughout the week.
