Almond Harvest in Balatonakali – 2026

On 5 September, the Almond Harvest will once again be held in Balatonakali, where the harvest is celebrated in one of the most famous almond orchards of the Balaton Uplands. The event takes place at the municipal almond orchard at the end of Hóvirág Street, where professional programmes, tastings, and community events are held in conjunction with the harvest. The programme includes the almond harvest, pressing, and a national almond-cracking competition, as well as professional presentations, wine tastings with live music, and concerts. On-site, you can sample almond sweets, local wines, and artisanal products, while the panoramic view of Lake Balaton and the almond trees provide a unique setting for the event.
