The owners Ferenc and Krisztina Biszku, husband and wife, decided to leave software development and clothing design behind for ice cream making, the basics of which they learnt from an Italian master. The ice cream shop, located 15 minutes' drive from Lake Balaton, serves not only heavenly fruit ice creams, but also creamy flavours made from farm milk, and there are also lactose-free versions. Specialities are the “sárgamuskotály” and rosé versions, and the supply of cakes is also amazing. The quality of the coffee is guaranteed by Krisztina's expertise, who has completed a roaster and barista course.
