“Artistic and scientific, a blend of passion, patience, dedication and expertise” – this is the vision of the Madárlátta Bakery in Keszthely, founded in 2022. Owner Áron Torma has drawn inspiration from his travels around the world to create a range of products that travels from France to Denmark in the world of sourdough flavours. In addition to the breads and pastries, the coffee is also of high quality, and the counter is stocked with farmers’ goat’s milk specialities and other delicacies. You can also have breakfast at the Madárlátta, and in good weather, you can relax on the cosy terrace.
