At the confectionery there are master confectioners creating the different craft dessert compositions, which include sugar-, lactose- and gluten-free and also paleo versions. You can also try sweet biscuits and trifles, and in summer ice cream is also sold. The latter is also available in a sugar-, lactose- and gluten-free version. At the confectionary, drinking coffee is a treat in itself, owing among other things to having an own coffee brand, called Carraro 1927.
