Hableány

In 2019, the former “Hableány szálló” (Mermaid Hotel), where Mór Jókai once stayed, became the 2300 m2 culinary centre of the Laposa Estate. In the reimagined space of the original building of Badacsony, you can see an exhibition on the history of the place and the family, and learn about the secrets of wine and champagne making. The terrace bistro offers modern Balaton flavours, with dishes made from local ingredients. In the wine bar you can taste all the Laposa wines and buy your favourite at a discounted price.
