Fishing and Fish Gastronomy Festival at Lake Öreg 2026

Between 16-18 October, the Fishing and Fish Gastronomy Festival at Lake Öreg will be organized again at Kastély Square in Tata. The main attraction of the festival is sight fishing, where you can learn about traditional fishing tools and techniques. In addition, fish food presentations, a fish market, cultural programmes and concerts will add colour to the three days. The fish cooking masters await the visitors with various fish dishes and fresh wines of Neszmély. The festival does not only offer gastronomic experiences, but also entertains with colourful outdoor programmes, a whirl of a fair, children's programmes and an amusement park.
