Running through the vineyards, the goal: to toast
The Wine Run Mád is not a traditional running race. The route winds through the vineyards of the Tokaj wine region, with rows of vines, cellars, and the breathtaking scenery of this historic wine region alternating along the way. The course includes both shorter and longer sections, and at the refreshment stations, it’s not just water that awaits: local delicacies and wines are also served. For many, the run is therefore more about the experience than the competition.
