Garden with a fairy-tale-like atmosphere, Etyek wines, BBQ: The ‘Aubergine Pince’ (Aubergine Cellar) has a barbecue terrace in its garden, where charcoal-grilled meats, including brisket, pulled pork and burgers, are the main specialities, along with aubergine cream and “zakuszka” made from the restaurant’s self-grown ingredients. Fresh pasta dishes have also been added to the menu, and if you fancy a dessert, the homemade tiramisu is a great choice according to the guests. Breakfast is also available by prior appointment: sourdough bread, delicious creams, and farm meat products are on offer to start your day. The drinks list includes wines from the ‘Tátrai Pincészet’ (Tátrai Winery).
