Széchenyi-kastély, Nagycenk

Count István Széchenyi spent part of his life here. His home, his career and his life’s work are all brought to life in the exciting interactive exhibitions that have opened in the building. It is also worth taking a stroll through the English Garden surrounding the castle, where there are occasional traditional archery competitions and craft fairs. There is also a playground for the little ones. The memory of the Széchenyi family can also be found in Nagycenk in several other places: among others, you can visit the family’s mausoleum in the nearby cemetery.
