A magical Christmas atmosphere awaits visitors in Eger!
The Eger city administration can’t promise gentle snowflakes for sure, but they will provide everything else you need for a cosy holiday season. The Dobó Square, Gárdonyi Square, the Castle and the Square of the Knights of the Border Castle will all be dressed up for Christmas. In addition to the inevitable delicacies, the organisers are also preparing a number of exciting activities, and the soul-warming series of events will last until the first week of the New Year. If you are in Eger or its surroundings in late November and December, it is definitely worth a taste of the clove-scented bustle.
