The largest summer-ending festival, the Szeged Youth Days, is also a pioneer in Hungarian festival history.
The magic of freedom and a self-forgetting festival feeling: this is the Szeged Youth Days, which looks back on more than 50 years of history, as the forerunner of Hungarian festivals, not to mention preceding Woodstock by a year. As usual, the line-up is remarkable this year as well: in four days, almost two hundred programmes, concerts by international stars, and the forefront of domestic pop-rock-rap await visitors. According to the plans, the performers will include Alan Walker, Becky Hill, Meduza, Lost Frequencies, as well as Blahalousiana, Majka, Valmar, and Wellhello from the domestic scene. The full list of performers can be viewed on the event’s website.
