A climbable symbol of Veszprém. The tower, the lower part of which already stood during the reign of Béla IV, now functions only as a lookout tower. The ascent is adventurous: you can climb to the top via a spiral staircase through the so-called "killer passageway". It is worth tackling the steps, because the view from up there is magnificent. You can take a pleasant walk in the courtyard of the building, also known as the Watchtower. Visiting the tower requires a ticket.
