In the fairy tale world of Szántód, not only children, but also their Verne-fan parents can feel frenetic - after all, life is a game! The Resort, which is much more like a mini-city, offers two restaurants, a cafe, several residential buildings and numerous programme venues for children and their parents. And if you want a little adrenaline rush, it is enough just to "walk over" to the neighbouring Bobo country. The indoor Bobo Fun Park, that you can visit all year round, operates near the hotel. About 3,000 square meters of adventure awaits here, and it is no coincidence that the facility can proudly bear the title of the country's largest hotel playhouse! A climbing wall, boulder, rope course, playhouse, ninja track, VR simulator, game room, trampoline and organized activities await both young and old. It is particularly interesting that in the Kolping we have the opportunity to relax by age group, i.e. we can find our account in the same way if we arrive with a baby, as if we had teenagers with us. Relaxation is not an empty promise in Alsópáhok, because in the park qualified childcare workers take care of children over the age of 3 every day, so that parents can also take a breather.

Nature, design and luxury come to life in the Avalon Park in Miskolctapolca, which is one of the region's outstanding attractions. If Miskolc is your destination, it is worth not only taking a long walk in the park, but also staying in the exceptional resort. The Avalon Park can enchant guests not only with its family-friendly services, but also with its Michelin-recommended restaurant and special forest houses built with Honka technology. The latter is a real rarity: the organic log houses made of larch are the perfect combination of luxury and rustic atmosphere. In the two-story houses, although they diffuse closeness to nature, we cannot lack for anything: almost everything can be controlled with a touch screen, and the equipment consists of the most modern elements. Pampering also continues on the gastronomic front: while the Michelin-recommended Avalon Ristoranté offers a family atmosphere and sublime dishes, the Club Avalon has a free atmosphere and show kitchen, and the Vino Salone offers a selection of 200 types of wine and champagne!

The building complex also includes a children's empire of 2,500 square metres, where you can have an adventure among the scenery of the ancient Mayan civilization. In the Maya playground, families can enjoy a climbing wall, trampoline, competition slides, skill, climbing and jumping elements, as well as various programmes. An outstanding attraction is the go-kart track, which is waiting for motoring enthusiasts with 560 meters of racing asphalt and electric machines. The Hell Kart track, which is unique in Europe, is worth visiting even if you are not a car racing fan, as the atmosphere, screeching tires and adrenaline bomb are almost guaranteed.
