Tiszator Butchers’ Festival in Abádszalók 2025

The Abádszalóki Tiszator Böllérfesztivál will take place for the 17th time. This year, the classics are not to be missed either: a butchers’ competition, pig-slaughtering, country flavours, folk music, folk dance and a craft fair will all be on offer. A tasting ticket will give you a taste of the region’s uniquely spiced pig dishes, and a record-breaking sausage roast is planned for this year, too.
