Really juicy atmosphere
In Bonyhád, the embers will glow again on the last weekend of March, and the slaughtermen will already take up knives before dawn: the Majos Sausage Filling Festival will be organized again. At the event, the sausage filling teams will get to work from early in the morning to demonstrate what the most delicious filling according to their own recipe is like. The festival is not just about sausage: there will be a slaughtermen’s demonstration, gastronomic tastings, a craft fair, folk and pop music performers, and pálinka toasts, so that the good atmosphere is not left out this year either.
