Szatmár-Bereg Plum Day 2024

Plum jam, prunes, plum cakes and regional plum dishes: all this awaits the participants of the Szatmár-Bereg Plum Day, which has been held for almost two decades. As a highlight of the programme, you can see how traditional plum cooking is done in a copper cauldron. In addition to the plum delicacies, you can also taste special fruit spirits, and of course, this year there will be a brandy competition, too. The programme will include a parade of the Szatmár-Bereg Pálinka Cavalry, as well as a musical programmes. Let’s celebrate plums together on 28 October in Vásárosnamény!
