Röszke Rosa Paprika Day celebrates the traditions of local paprika growing and the importance of rosa paprika. During the event, we can learn about the cultivation and processing habits of local paprikas, and we can also taste special dishes made from the paprika. During the festival, we can also take part in various cultural programmes, craft fairs and musical performances. The aim of the event is to present the gastronomic and cultural values of Röszke and to promote community cooperation.
