Pork Dishes with Mulled Wine in Tokaj 2025

The aromatic onion blood, the hog’s pudding and the crispy cracklings all tempt you to taste them.

On 15 February, the centre of Tokaj will be filled with the aroma of mulled wine and cracklings again: an authentic pig slaughter atmosphere, with Tokaj wines and freshly roasted, sizzling delicacies. In the Prés Udvar, fresh dishes will be prepared one after another from early in the morning, following the work of the slaughtermen. In addition to the show kitchen, the fair also will await with a rich selection, and children will be entertained by playful programmes all day long. The evening fun will continue in the Prés Borbár, where János Lakatos will provide the party atmosphere with live music.
