When a town cooks, chats, and celebrates together under the summer sky
In July, a special atmosphere descends on Baja for three days: the streets of the town fill with bubbling cauldrons, groups of friends, and the distinctive aroma of freshly cooked fish soup. The centre of the event is Trinity Square, where concerts and stage performances take place alongside the fish soup cooking. Another key venue is Petőfi Island, where visitors are awaited primarily to musical events and evening programmes. The festival’s offerings are complemented by a craft fair, family activities, and a variety of culinary experiences.
