Mother’s Day Flower Fair and “My Mother’s Hen” Cooking Festival 2025

On the first Saturday of May, Csemő will burst into flower, since the Mother’s Day Flower Fair and “My Mother’s Hen” Cooking Festival will be held again here. The two central squares of the town, the Hétvezér Square and the Templom Square will be filled with flowers, tastes and joy of spring. The most famous flower producers of the region will arrive to show their annual flowers and ornamental plants in the flower fair, while family and friend teams will compare their skills in the cooking festival. During the day, folk dance shows, operetta performances, children programmes and Hungarian folk song concerts will follow each other on the stage, and in the evening, tombola drawing and music party will close the festival.
