An event to look forward to in trepidation, and not just because of the meat-jelly! On the first weekend of March, head to Miskolc, where heavenly flavours and a great atmosphere will await you!
Also in this year, Miskolc is celebrating one of winter’s most special foods, the meat-jelly. Between 3 and 5 March, the Municipal Sports Hall will be transformed into a veritable culinary battlefield, where local and national meat-jelly makers will be showcased. You can also learn the secrets of meat-jelly making, and the most skilful wood spoon twirlers can enter a meat-jelly making competition. Not only the homemade brandies but also the performing bands will keep you in a good mood, and if you are bringing a child, there will be a variety of children’s activities to choose from.
