At the end of September, Vecsés will become the capital of cabbage again.
.The 23rd Vecsés Cabbage Festival awaits visitors with colourful programmes again this year on 20-21 September. The focus of the event is the famous Vecsés pickles and cabbage dishes, which can be tasted on the spot. The gastronomic delights are complemented by traditional cultural groups, folk music, dance and exciting competitions. On Saturday and Sunday, the Gastronomy Festival of Nationalities will also be held, where 13 nationalities of Hungary will present their authentic dishes and culinary arts.
