August 13 in Poroszló is traditionally dedicated to a donut-like sweet delicacy called csöröge (also known as herőce).
In the leisure park of the Lake Tisza Ecocentre, thousands of sweet donuts, also known as csöröge, are baked during this fest. No kidding, thousands! Once visitors manage to fill their tummies, they are encouraged to discover the Ecocentre's aquariums, exhibitions and playgrounds.
