Carnival Pig Slaughter 2025

The goal of the carnival pig slaughter, organized for the 12th time, is to revive the old pig slaughtering customs and to get to know what a truly authentic pig slaughter is like. The slaughtermen will work diligently from early in the morning, and the highlight of the programme will be the tasting of freshly roasted, still sizzling delicacies. There will be hog’s pudding, sausages, cracklings and sauerkraut with boiled pork, which are almost mandatory in a classic pig slaughter menu! The organizers will ensure a good atmosphere with performances by local bands and dance groups, there will also be a tombola draw, and children will be entertained by special programmes.
